1. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date the order is placed.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time as it makes its way to you.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer transparent shipping rates based on your order value:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹89 applies to all orders with a total cart value of less than ₹499.

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a cart value of ₹499 or more are eligible for free shipping.

  • Note: Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The delivery timeline may vary depending on your specific location and delivery address.

  • Estimate: A good estimate to keep in mind is 4–6 working days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
