At SKEAH, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality checks. We want you to love your jewelry. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we uphold a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. General Policy: No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on purchased items due to a change of mind or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer a refund or replacement if the product you received is damaged upon arrival. To claim a refund for a damaged item, strict proof is required to ensure fairness.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To qualify for a return or refund due to damage, an Unboxing Video is Mandatory. Without this video proof, your claim will be automatically declined.
Video Requirements:

Start to Finish: The video must record the process starting from opening the outer delivery seal/package and continue until the product is fully revealed and inspected.

Continuous Shot: The video must be a single, continuous take.

No Edits: We will not accept videos that have been cut, edited, paused, or use filters.

Visibility: The damage must be clearly shown in the video.
4. Conditions for Return

Customer Handling: Any product damaged due to mishandling at the customer’s end (after opening) will not be accepted for return.

Original Packaging: If your return request is approved, the product must be returned in its exact original condition. This includes all original tags, jewelry boxes, and protective packaging.
5. Refund Process

Report the Issue: Send your unboxing video and order number to our WhatsApp Number: +91-9369965563 within 48 Hours of delivery.

Verification: Our team will review the video. If the damage is verified, we will authorize the return.

Ship Back: You will need to ship the product back to us at the provided address.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item and verify it includes all original packaging, your refund will be processed. Please allow 2 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original mode of payment.
